I think I saw somewhere the developer price is now 96,000 per sqm.

What's your feeling about that completion date?

2018 doesn't seem possible to me, but I'm not an expert by any means.

What the developers price now is, i not know. Because the units in farang name are sold out. The price of mine condo (47.9 sqm) on the first contract (2014) was 3,050,000 B. Nova Groupe gave me a good compensation too for the delay. I'm happy to hear you think the price is now 96,000 per sqm, but i think i will be not... maybe if its finished end of 2019 ;)

According to the contract they have to completed it on the half of 2019, but i think end of 2019.

In about 2 weeks i travel to Pattaya and try to find out more.

Damn mate, that's a long time to have to wait. A lot of money to have tied up and getting nothing for it.

Hope it all works out for you, at least now it looks like it will be completed, a year ago it might not have been looking good.

Every time i visit the Azure Centara hotel restaurant i meet him there, he's not in Macau. He spent many time there.

i would say a minimum of 2 years for the site is so large and they are only just starting the hotel block at the front. i would say 3 years for that unit, assuming all goes well

Yeah, think your spot on mate. I really like the look and location and interested in buying a unit. Luckily I'm in no hurry so will be waiting till after completion. The way the market is going prices aren't likely to be rising in the next few years at least.
