Doesnt seem that long ago that it was a small overgrown lane with just the Pattaya bay resort hotel.

 

was a nice quiet area, just Thai style rooms. Gonna move on I think there’s no sleeping after 8am these days

I just moved room to centara building C room overlooking family mart very close the day after it started.

I dont know full details but a new owner that i know slightly as i heard a conversation in the pool got close to 100k worth of deduction and/or non payment of fees etc  for year 1.

Nothing out of there pocket but saved him money to fork out for not fulfilling original  scope.

eg. the  loss of space on balcony for air conditioners position ( and noise that will come from it )it was meant to be at the end like centaras ect ect dont know all his complaints he made that got it.

I was one of the first to get access to my place and bought during their best promotion....I don't have it in me to complain any more at this point.  That and I tool them to task during inspections and they have been fairly accommodating to me thus far.  My biggest complaint is the removal of 4 hot tubs and the monstrosity they made of the pool....all else I am happy with...the A?C thing doesn't bother me so much,

They used old showroom pictures. I am sure the advertised condo is not furnished as the pictures are showing.

Heard a bit more gossip in centara gym the other day there is a bit of movement in one building and a large crack has appeared apparently you can see through it it is that big 

All i know it is on level 8 dont know what building.

They moved/added the slides and removed the hot tubs...they then made everything like rock feature...and the pool is now non continuous...lastly the created these giant rooms to house the electrical and filtration systems for the pool which they forgot about when designing it.  It isn't awful overall...but it is definitely a HUGE downgrade from what was designed and sold to all.
