Yes if you walk into the new security area at the front right hand side the security guard will direct you along the new path, around to the left and then first right to the sales office.

Thanks much for your immediately reply!  I feel so stupid, I was walking back and forth on Soi 15 looking for the Golden Tulip! After my visits, of all the condos located near Soi 15, my first choice would be the Grand followed by the Pride Condo.

Nova is no longer involved in the project. No more  showroom, you can have look at the condo you like.

As I walked past the other day the gates to the hotel lot were open, it looked like all the employees from across the Soi at Centara Azure and The Centra hotel were all having a meeting. Seemed a very strange place for an employee get together unless of course a future development by Centara has been planned, and being explained to staff?

All the people, of which there was about 40 I would guess, were most definitely from The Centara group as they were all in uniform. Plus I recognised some of the staff from both Centara Azure and Centra.

 

There was a fire and emergency exercise, assembly point is across the street

I want to live in a  brand new condos! Based on my experience,  brand new condos doesn't have Roaches, Ants and beddings/furnitures are new!

Yes. But every single stain you make on the wall, carpet or anywhere else will be coming out of your deposit. Better off renting a "worn in" condo

Usually if its going to be a condo they'll start advertising early and trying to sell units as soon as possible.  Apartment or hotel the construction just starts.

Be careful with Pride. The quality of finish there can be shit. The interior wall cladding is about 1/8th inch thick. If anything needs repairing, they will want you to pay for it, even if it's aircon or plumbing, etc. Additionally, the insulation is so poor that many condos are like ovens in the morning, especially on the eastern side. If you're really keen, ask the dragon who works at the front desk to put you in contact with an Aussie named Steve. I rented a nicely furnished condo from him for 25K a couple of years ago.

I have seen some condos at The Urban and at City garden. I think City Garden is yoiur best bet if you get the right one. I looked at a 1 bedroom near the monastery for 23K.
