Holiday a Studio is perfect - no point in spending money on a one bedroom - when you just make pit stops most of the time

 

Living I would need a bigger place - a separate bedroom and at least 80sq metres

 

But VT6 location cannot be beaten

Totally appreciate that I was talking about my own personal preferences for living in Pattaya long term

a lot of the trees near the beach rd end must have been protected in the planning phase.

today i noticed they had been numbered

Bear in mind that they're going to have to finish the tree clearing/saving. Then knock down the existing two structures on the lot.

Some chainsaw cutting fallen tree trunks this morning, then this afternoon the workers began tearing out the interior of the main structure (the two story house).

You are in and out using the place as a pit stop - living there as I said earlier completely different story but at VT6 prices for one bedroom condos even long term stay - I would be staying elsewhere

One can get a really nice room at Sea Me Spring hotel on a long term stay a whole lot cheaper for the same activities, the bills are all included as well, maybe even breakfast.

I am booked in VT6 for October (Walking Street), so am watching with interest. My plan is to sit tight on the reservation for now. However, if there's any pile driving being done at 7 AM, I want it to be the one doing it.
