my studio at VT5 is very standard,except for the jacuzzi tub in the window...  tried it out yesterday, it's gonna be mostly for guests that are smaller in stature than me, and I will observe....

i had never seen these gates on the site that front beach rd near the wave hotel wave open till yesterday.

clocked the bloke in blue taking pics and at first thought he was simply taking advantage of the locks being off.

but in his hand i scoped a set of building plans....................

I'm staying at VT6 at the moment but on the Central Festival side. Nothing is happening yet in next door. But they have posted the plans and renderings by the elevators here. To warn you what's coming soon. The few days I've been woken up by hammering and power tools from a room either above or below me. Fucking sucks! Especially when you go to sleep at 6am. My hammering and battery powered toys are much quieter.

Did not have much time lately to check about the Kasemkij/Kantary project next to View Talay 6.

 

What are the latest news from the ones staying/living in the tower ?

 

Have the contractor already begin to clean the empty lot next to VT6 or do we have any date for the start of the digging/construction ?

 

I live in VT6 and when I was there a week ago before coming back here for my 4 weeks work I saw a few guys suited and booted roaming on the 2nd road part of the land. They had a lot of plans/diagrams with them and were doing a lot of pointing. Looks like the wheels are in motion. I am on a high floor central side 2nd road end so hopefully not too much disturbance.

I'd say you would be ok then. If and when they ever make a start it will take them quite a while to clear the land first as it's pretty overgrow.

Reading above, it looks like the developers may be doing some preparatory site measurement and such, but as Flipper says, they haven't even started to 'clear the jungle' on the lot.

Today I booked a VT6 condo for 25 days in July. There were a lot of nice condos available on the Walking Street side, but in the end I choose a 24th floor condo on the Central Festival side. If building work starts in June it was the right decision, if the building work starts later it was the wrong.....
