The tramp was in all the rag papers today .. I'm not a home wrecker

Yeah just read the people this morning. Laura Simpson generously described as a "party girl". Same story reported that Coleen is also currently pregnant. You can earn vast amounts of cash per week but it won't buy you common sense or brains. Often thought if Wayne hadn't been blessed with talent as a footballer he'd have ended up as a regular visitor to Pattaya.

Really sad to see Rooney all over the papers ... we are lucky not to have ours on the papers ... we are a lot worst than him .. 5555

Jocky it is sad but he only has himself to blame

When the premiership restarts next week I'm sure opposing fans will give him stick(deservedly so) but hopefully it wont effect his form for Everton

It's not as if he cannot afford to pay a taxi to take him home

Apparently him and the girl got a taxi to her car (she left it at a different bar) ....then he offered to drive it home for her. Crazy!

firmino at liverpool got done a few months back. £20k fine by the club i think.

but wayne had been on an all day bender lol. 3 times over the limit. He'll be getting some ear-ache from his missus.

I was at the game and I was so disappointed at how poor we were.  We were to narrow, lacked speed had no wide players. We bought lots of players in the summer but didnt buy a player to replace Lukaku even though the club knew for months that he wanted to leave.

Disappointing

Without Lukaku there is (of course) less threat going forward. Ross Barkley is not that player when he returns.

There is some work to do and Koeman knows it + a player or two in to the club in January.

Could be a hard season to even do as well as last season.

After last Saturday's performance I needed cheering up.  So I googled one of my favourite players from the 1970's Dave Thomas.

And youtube came up witha game from the 1977

Everton 6 Coventry 0

A great performance by winger Dave Thomas and a hat - trick from Bob Latchford

Bob Latchford - one of the great No. 9's and did you see the state of the pitch?

Dave Thomas made it look like it was a smooth snooker/pool table cloth

Last Saturday I was at Goodison Park and watched us play poorly against Spurs and we got beat 3 - 0

On the Sunday Everton's U23 beat Spurs U23 4 - 1

I think I went to the wrong game:P

Last Night

Atalanta 3 Everton 0

We were very poor and we looked no different from last Saturday when Spurs beat us 3 - 0

I know we have a few new players in the squad but we should be playing better

I hope we can turn things around soon
