Indeed, but not in a drain pipe.

My own building also has a huge tank on the roof, but it is filled through a high pressure steel pipe not a low pressure plastic one.

According to my information, it will be built at the end of March 2019. Title deed after payment of last installment bank. Don't pay to early the last installment.

yeh, i know 2 buyers, they said they won't pay anything until they see chanote at land office
