Kaos opens March 6th

Finally made it to Kaos last night and wanted to share my experience. If you are not interested in the whole story, here is the short version: "Go there, Kaos is a really cool place".

 

Got there around 8:30 and when I entered I was immediately pulled to a seat by a super cute girl. Didn't object and she got bouncing on my lap. Can't call this "pressure to buy LDs", she was definitely one of the girls I would've asked to join me anyway. 20 y.o, nice ass, small tits, smile to die for and moves that can give a boner to a dead guy. Had some fun with her and instead of BFning her right away I decided to check a couple of other bars - haven't been to LK a whole year. Plus I'm a picky idiot, so can't just grab the first thing that I like. That was a mistake.

 

What followed was a blur of 5-20 minute stops at:

- Amethyst: the former SPAM WORD Thailand star is now married and gone, so was the juicy girl I remembered from before - nothing exciting there

- The Office: don't know why, but almost every trip I go there and get disappointed...

- Lady Love: worth a visit, many different types of girls, saw 3-4 BFnable, but they were already with other blokes... the jacuzzi area there is nice

- Oscars: not many girls, most below average, looked sleepy at 11

- Showgirls: had higher expectations based on previous experience and reports, but last night the lineup was far from good

 

After fail #5 headed back to Kaos hoping that the sweet girl will still be there. And she was. BFned her, the cute thing didn't expected me to come back for her...  By that time she was a bit drunk and some personal drama with her "sister" brought some tears (to her, not to me), but despite all this we had a great night. Not going to give you the full report from the sack, the girl was amazing and what is worth mentioning are her DT skills - really good for such a young chick.

 

The things I liked about Kaos:

- nice atmosphere, layout, etc.

- many girls, mostly young and attractive, 4 I would like to get in my bed

- drinks are reasonably priced

- no pressure from girls/staff/mamasan

- no "toilet beggars"

 

I know the owner/manager is following this thread, so I will share some points IMO can be improved:

- BF is a bit steep - hurts a bit paying 1500, especially 30 minutes before the price drop (but didn't want to wait any longer, see above)

- When "my" girl goes to dance it takes long time to come back (2 songs/pole?) Maybe they can rotate faster or girls busy with customers can spend less time dancing?

- That's something that I always wonder - do you let the girls choose the music? Or at least some songs? I'm sure we've all noticed that girls give a better show when they enjoy the music

 

 

Kaos gets in my list of favorite places, will be back soon, thanks and keep up the good work

I thought BFs at Kaos were going to be 700 baht for all girls (at Champagne, etc. starting from 600 baht).

That is what i don't like. The OP was lucky and it was a cute glrl he fancied. Chances are that it will be a girl that you don't fancy.

 

I prefer to select my own seat (where available) and take time to look around and see which girl i fancy. Anyway i would never pay 1500 BF.

If its a small venue, why not ask the smokers to smoke outside. Especially the individual above who feels the need to SHOUT ABOUT IT.

Hmm. There is maybe 2 gogos in Pattaya, which doesn't allow smoking inside. Sugar Sugar and some other place in WS. Good luck for your choice. Unfortunately 90% of customers are in for the places that allow the smoking, and the rest 10% can go somewhere else(of those 2 places). It's nothing personal, it's just a business.

That's not true at all (the 90% part).    The vast majority of customers would prefer to go into gogo with smoking not allowed (notice I wrote "prefer" not "insist').    A tiny fraction of people would not step inside a gogo unless they could smoke. 

 

As of now no gogo owner has had the guts and intelligence to not only make his establishment non-smoking but also publicize this and make it a selling point of the place.   One day it will happen.

I love to smoke in a go-go-bar, and thank god, the Health Fanatics hasn't won yet in Pattaya. They will, one day, but until then I'll really enjoy smoking in 98% of the local flesh pots. The last two must be very crowded by all the anti-smokers, but for some reason I never go there :-D

I don't care if you smoke yourself to death mate pure and simple, what I and every other non smoker object to is the second hand smoke affecting our health or more to the immediate point, our clothes absolutely stinking in the morning, our hair everything......

Ok no further input from me on smoking.   If Kaos has got A1 extraction as per earlier post sure I'll be in if not then my Baht goes elsewhere

I don't know of 2, just the one Sugar Sugar in LK and I've never seen a queue of guys waiting outside in the hope that someone will leave and a seat become available.

 

When Paradise was sold and revamped they introduced "No smoking" and within a few months dropped it.

 

No smoking in GG,s actually puts some people off entering and as smokers are, by definition, less health conscious than non smokers they probably drink more on average.

 

One thing Ive noticed is that it seems many Japanese and Korean men chain smoke in GG,s and as they are, probably by a long way, the highest per visit spenders putting those guys off is financial suicide.

 

I'm not in any way putting forward an argument for smoking and can totally understand why some people object to others doing it but business is business and having non smoking GG,s is bad business

A few years back Superbaby tried no smoking for a few months.  They lost a good portion of their customers (mostly Asians).  Tired of losing money they started smoking again.  Asia is a free smoking zone.  Personally, I do not smoke nor like smoke.  But I like pussy more than a smoke free zone.  This should not be a big deal.

I don't know of any gogo that has gone non-smoking and promoted that fact. A big sign saying "Pattaya's number one non-smoking gogo, come breath the fresh air". Instead it's all word of mouth. If you want to attract the non-smokers (which are the majority of visitors) you have to promote it. If you're unique then sell that unique feature.

 

Kaos is a small place and one guy smoking can stink up the place (from my experience a few times). It would be the perfect place for this little marketing experiment as you need talent on stage as well as non-smoking. And Kaos has the talent (when I last visited Sugar Sugar they did not have the talent).

Was in last night and not much to look at. Last time alot ladys this time around 00.30 it look to be maybe 6 ladys. 3 dancing and seemed like 2-3 where old. The drink price at 135 for my small vodka was the highest of the places I visited last night. I will be back but not as late as yesterday.

 

Funny also that one of my favorite service ladys moved to you from Malibu. That alone will make me come back

I don't usually go to gogos and I have read about the second one from the PA, it might be Paradise. As I'm from Finland I like to be in the open air bars. Enough cold for me in my home country and going to gogos with AC are not for me. In open bars the smoking is usually not a problem.

 

Smoking ban in the bars in my home country is actually good thing for me. I smoke a lot less and when I smoke, it's easier to socialise with the smoking(hot) girls, when all the smokers gather in the same place.

 

I agree that if the non-smoking gogo would be a great business, there would be a lot of them around. In Thailand the owners can do what they see good for the business, legal or not. Also in Europe if you go for example to Czech Republic, you can smoke almost in every bar, even if they are the members of EU and the smoking is officially banned. They just don't care about the rules which may harm their business badly.

Worth a look I like to chill out in Metro apartments some evenings to watch the sport before I go out proper. I may as well start with Kaos sometime. I look forward to seeing the place for myself.

I thought I would give Kaos a look last night

Popped in about 10.00 pm

As soon as I ordered a drink a girl came and sat down and asked for a lady drink I declined

I asked how much her barfine was 1500 Baht ( what the fuck she was no model lol)

Then I was asked by the manasam for a drink( thought Kaos did not employ manasams) I again declined

Then what the fuck I was asked for a drink by the frigging server I had been in Kaos less than 5 mins and had been asked for a drink by 3 drink slags getting on for a record

In a previous thread the owner of Kaos advised his gogo would be completely different from other GoGo bars

I ordered another vodka and soda for a laugh I was having such a good time lol

The drink slags all tryed again for drinks

Time to checkbin

270 Baht for 2 vodka/soda Gibleys vodka taking the piss again/( cheapest vodka on the market)

Gave 300 Baht for the bill

I waited and waited for my change ( 10 minutes)

Change did not come

I asked the server where my change was

Her reply presumed the change was a tip

Just laughed and walked out

Worst gogo bar experience I have had for a long while

Thank you  for your post  this will be dealt with in the following way1. that mamasan will be fired 2.please give a description of the service girl, she will be fired.  3. do you know the number of the lady and what time was it? Maybe she was telling you her price to go with you 1,500. The ladies have no idea what bf is and actually if she was a model she  most likely would have quoted you 700 anyway because most models want to go short time. I don't like pushy mamasan and service either because I do buy a lot of lady drinks but I like to buy for who I choose to buy for. Really though I don't understand why people get so angry about this. It happens to me in every go go period. Maybe because I am labeled as a sucker and buy drinks the mamasan and service pile on me, but again it happens to me all the time. If I want I do if not I say no only ladies. Anyway, sorry about your bad experience we try our best to avoid pushy mamasan and service. You see before I had two now one and as I stated her average lady drinks are down to about 3 a day from 14 at the peak so she must be less pushy. Anyway based on this post I'm tired she is out number 1. Also if you decide to come back ask for me I will buy you a couple of drinks on my bin. thanks for your post Brian

i can confirm that the mamasan is very very pushy for drink !!

I have no problem to buy drink but not for pushy girl.
