Having stayed there in September, I am booked again in the very large room for the second half of Feb. I would happily recommend it. Dave and Ice are great hosts.

I missed out on November for your rooms as you where fully booked but we are going back over in the 7th of March till the 21st of March. Is the two larger rooms available for these dates or even one of the weeks.

Rooms available in Soi Chayapoom Opposite Canterbury Tales cafe. The rooms have King Size Bed, A/C, Hot Shower, Cable TV, DVD Player, Kettle, 29" Flat Screen TV, Large Fridge, Digital Safe in room, Very nice bathroom & and is very nicely done out with Sofa. The building was fully refurbished within the last 15 months. The rooms have Free WI-FI Internet. The location is very convenient for most places in town.

You and I have been speaking via PM about my upcoming stay in a Very Large Room at your place in May (3rd-28th) but I figured I'd post this question on here for the benefit of other BM's (as I didn't find the answer on the other 21 pages of this thread).

 

1. Being that I don't arrive in Pattaya until 2-3am and the restaurant is closed, how do I check in? lol

2. For a stay as long as mine do you require any security deposit when I get there and or all the money up front for room? Good to know so I can plan my cash accordingly.

 

Look forward to seeing the pics once you're finished..

Hi Sandie!

 

I Live above the premises so no problem regarding checking in, when the Restaurant closes the staff i.e. my wife usually have a quiet drink downstairs until at least 3 to 4 am as we stop the food at 2am but can still have a drink if you want one.

 

As for paying the room we prefer if you pay up front but it is not a problem as up till now never been let down by a board member regarding paying.

Yes good news we got next door so we are making another 3 Very large rooms good news for you as I never have room when you text me lol. Lucky I have checked out Index and they have all the same furnishings so rooms should all be the same apart from the new rooms will have either 32" or 42" Plasmas depending on the budget and what deal I get on TV's.

 

They are a couple of week off finishing so will keep you posted.
