Good sized room has become available 13th July 10 until Noon 26th July 10. Only 550B a night This room has a 3 seater Sofa and King Sized Bed.

Feeling so blue when I see that big bed .... If that bed could only talk LOL

 

I just returned from my trip (second leg) - stayed at Dave's place for some 15 nights in total.

- Wish to say a big to Dave for offering to us such EXCELLENT VALUE accommodation

- Wish to say a big to Pim&cooks for cooking that delicious food sometimes at VERY LATE hours in the night. My ladies also certainly appreciated the food which helped creating a nice atmosphere ...with later benefits for myself

- Wish to say a big to Anne who always provided the requested 3 daily towels and cleaned my room after regularly trashing it together with all those lovely ladies. I was just a bit sad that Anne didn't wear the "England" red T-shirt that I specially bought for her from London. Maybe next time.

- Wish to say a big to all staff for creating such a nice environment and for not getting upset and angry on me for being such a big jaochoo

- Wish to say a big to Dave for being such a nice guy and lending me 1000baht on that evening when we went out together. I felt like needing a second short-time but I was short on cash

- Wish to say sorry to all the staff for not being prepared with a serious provision of sweets this time - it will not happen next time !

 

Dave showed me the new rooms and they look absolutely brilliant.

 

Pretty much every lady asked for the room price I was paying and looked stunned when heard the ammount. 2 of the ladies asked me if the place is also offering monthly rates - maybe they were thinking to rent for themselves. I reckon that Dave can fit 6 to 8 small BGs into those big rooms/beds and make the life easier for us when we are too lazy or drunk to walk to the bars downstairs

I have to say that I am very impressed with the look of this place.

I mentioned only 2 days ago that I was interested in staying there in October and Dave replied VERY quickly.

Now that is service! Another reason I will def be booking to stay here once my flights are booked.

 

Also since reading these forums so much I have also tried to extend my holidays. I want to stay longer in this paradise called Pattaya.

Hurry up work and confirm my holidays so I can then book my flights.

oh yes is a very good hotel, I was call and confirm by email one reservation last year in december, when I go after the long way travel from belgium(I was reservation 2 rooms for me and my friend) the lady say that we have to wait 1 hour, when the time past she said " have to come back in 3 day's we full now" great organisation in this reception, I was very happy...

Just stayed in room 7, 3rd floor of the new building and I must say, top value. That must be the best 600 baht rooms in Pattaya. Stayed for about 12 nights the first time, about 7 nights after that (and the boss was so kind to put my extra luggage which I didn't take to Krabi in his room till I got back). Great aircon, digital safe in the room, big fridge, watercooker (handy for when the girls want to eat 'mama'), clean bathroom (shower and toilet part aren't completely separated, but the wall does help a bit with the water spillage), nice balcony with a bit of a view, great flatscreen tv with aprox. 50 channels (and World Cup coverage!) and friendly staff. Often didn't leave my room till after 2 or 3 in the afternoon, but when I came back a little while later it was always cleaned. Would recommend it to anybody. As with almost all the guesthouses, no reception service, so be careful who and what you bring to the room, no i.d. checks. (I stayed with the same girl during my stay, so no problem for me.) Also a bit of a trek to the 3rd floor for those who aren't the fittest (I am a young and fit man ) and some noise in the morning from street vendors and the bars next door, but that's a problem almost everywhere in pattaya. I would stay again if I had the chance. Had a look in the rooms on the first and second floor when two friends stayed, and they are similar. I can assure you I cant remember this happening and I am sure they would have asked for me, as I have not had any double booking here so you must have went to the wrong place or spoke to the wrong people.

 

Last year we only had 3 rooms so I find it hard to believe I would make a double booking not just that the December & January bookings were repeat customers from the year before, are you sure it was rooms above chow soy?
