Really nice review and explanation of the differences between budget hotels and guest houses. 

 

Liked the video that shows the room. I've stayed at Dave's place before and it's always been one of the best guest houses in town.

We have 25 rooms and everything from Budget small rooms to big spacious rooms, all have A/C, fan, en-suite, king bed, TV, DVD player, electronic safe, free WiFi, fridge, kettle, etc etc

Any one know if the beds here are comfortable , or hard  (deal breaker} as in some guest houses ., looking for a great bed in my room , type of place .

All sprung mattresses not those hardboard ones sometimes found.
