 i forget how long I have watched this development it seems to be more years than I have stayed in the area and I do not know all the ins and outs of those who bought a condo or in some cases multiple purchases but I would never have "faith" in the building. I know Centara on Soi 15 seems to be working in a way now but over my stays in the area I would looking to offload asap if there are still private investors?

Today open again with low activity. Mrs Joy at the office confirmed today that the first condos (also mine) will be ready to move in at march 2019. Swimming pool at the end of the year.

March 2019?  They cleared that site and started construction March or April 2015. Four years before the first condos are open. 

Compare that to Terminal 21 which took less than two years to build an entire shopping centre and luxury hotel.

Yeah, T21 zero income until a timely completion. Buyers off plan negate any need for a timely completion on this one, and others I guess.

The started with the construction at the second part of 2014. Comparing with Terminal 21, for what? It only interesting me they finish this project.
