Bangkok Airport Fast track 1100THB

BFS 800THB Premium Airport Service

are the sites to check.

Greeter meets you as you come off the airbridge and takes you through fast immigration lane; helps you get your baggage off the carousel; accompanies you to taxi or to the fast train station in the basement of Suvarnabhumi terminal.

First time I used it I timed 14 minutes from off the plane to into taxi.

Can be well worthwhile after a long flight.

That is without baggage of course.

I just booked for 900b without electric cart. Cart was 1650b IIRC. 940pm arrival.

I think you will be impressed with this service.

As soon as you get off the plane you will be met by a friendly member of BFS staff.

I was met by a female member of staff who spoke good English

During the walk to immigration she was very friendly.

And she took my passport and immigration card of me and checked them.

At immigration she took me to a desk where there was no queues and handed

the passport and immigration card to them.

And before I know it I was through immigration and the first person off my flight

to get to the carousel.

She offered to wait with me at the carousel until my luggage arrive and walk with me to my taxi driver.  I politly declined.

I will use this service the next time I fly to Thailand

Had there been any issue with your luggage though (not turned up / damaged etc) you would have been better off with her to sort things out

I owe it to myself! I take 2 flights to get to LAX. Overnight. Fly 11:40 to Narita,2 hour conx and 6:30 to BKK. I'll be 67 by then.

Thanks for the assurance of smooth sailing on arrival. Then  will check 100 signs for 1 with my name on it.

When I landed there were very few thai's there holding up signs with peoples name on them.  So you will easily spot the person who will be waiting for you

My previous arrivals on Delta were just before midnight and there were many drivers with signs but that was many years ago. Glad it has changed.

I think you are mixing up the throng of drivers at the 'meeting point' at / near the airport exit gates

& where these guys meet you at the landing gate as you exit the passenger boarding bridge

I just booked arrival services through bkk with bangkokflightservices.com. 900b stated in their website, after checking my card, it was 28 and change usd. That seems totally worth the average 15 min everyone says this service takes in my book. But i must say i really like this company so far, this will be my first trip in May and i was hesitant about booking a service at all. After trying and failing about 4 times to book online with them, i finally emailed them, i exchanged about 4 or 5 emails. My debit card kept failing the "authentication". Anyway, the person i was talking to was able to pull up my recent attempt, ran my card manually, and i got a confirmation. I looked at like 4 different services and BFS seems cheapest and easiest to deal with.

Actually with one suitcase. I was flying business class and my case was very quick indeed to arrive on the carousel.

If only Melbourne baggage handling was as fast.

I lived there. I have visited many times. I am referring to the throng of drivers meeting me at the exit of Customs/meeting point where Nam's Taxi always picks me up near Exit Door 3. That is what I am referring to.

I don't see how 14 minutes is possible. Unless your arrival gate was directly in front of immigration or they provided electric cart, not possible. I believe you but I just can't see it being physically possible, having spent 32 years at a major carrier in the US and many visits to BKK. I can only hope my transit through immigration & customs is just as quick.

Mine was flawless. I received the "Service Booked" e-mail at 420am and "Booking Confirmed" e-mail at 459am,even though their site said it may take up to 12 hours for confirmation. Smooth sailing so far. Now if I can be as fortunate as Bonkabit with transit through immigration & customs,I'll be off to a great start!

It would have to be.

After the plane is parked, I walk at a good pace to immigration and pass thru, the get a cart and find the luggage carousel and still have to wait a few minutes for the bags. This is with the bags being tagged priority business/first.

After being on 3 different planes with layovers, I rather enjoy the walk to immigration/luggage and down to door 3 to meet the driver after a quick stop at the AIS counter to add data to my phone and tablet.

Quite a few times when my flight has arrived at BKK we don't have a gate and park in remote.  Shuttle vans then take us to a door at the terminal than is next to immigration.  Hit the Senior immigration counter, hit the mens restroom, wait for my luggage, then find my driver.

Last December it Took me only 15 minute from the  plane to the baggage claim by special assistance staff  .  For free of charge . Lol  of course I handed a tip to a special assistant staff a 100 bt in which he refused to take .  Luckily I don’t need a BFS service  so that will give me a free ST later on  ... 5555

On several trips,my former employer,Delta, had an arrival time just before midnight that necessitated remote parking. If you didn't make the 1st 2 buses,it was a frustrating wait after 4 flights from home.

  • 1 year later...

My EVA flights from Toronto seem to either arrive at BKK at either 1PM  or 11;30 PM.

Which arrival time is likely to be best for immigration line ups?

I am over 70, can i get a golf cart free through immigration and to the baggage?  I can walk a mile, so its not absolutely necessary, but, these old feet

Someone mentioned above about "special assistance". What is that?

It might be part of a fast track package, but when boarding Any plane world wide, Special Assistance pax always board (and sometimes depart) first.

Get yourself a cheap walking stick from Ebay, fill in or call airline regarding Special Assistance and they'll look after you.

Golf cart won't fit through the immigration booths mate.

If you request special assistance with the airline then someone will be waiting for you with a wheelchair when you get off the plane and take you all the way to your taxi even I think.

2 choices at BKK:

1. Request special assistance from airline. At both airports a wheelchair will take you from check-in to plane door at departure and from plane door through Immigration, baggage and to taxi on arrival. Free.

2. Pay for a buggy on arrival from https://www.limousine.in.th/fast-track-immigration.html Buggy will take you from gate to Immigration. You’ll be escorted through fast track Immigration. If you want, pay for porter who will carry your luggage to taxi. If you are travelling in Business class you can also book this from https://www.bangkokflightservices.com/Premiumservice/customer/booking_policy.php

As you are over 70, you can use the fast track channel at BKK anyway, so if you walk at least you know you won’t have to queue for long at Immigration.

Anyone else tempted when they see the fast track people when you step off the plane to just nod at the name on the sign and go with them?

The person escorting you will ask to see your completed immigration card to make sure it is properly completed so that would be a "no".
