Great place to stay was there in Jan.As for Dave 100% Topman,Will give you lots of info good knowledge on GoGos etc.Be warned if Dave takes you drinking as he did me your in for one hell of a NIGHT.Thanks Dave

I am full at the moment more or less untill the end of January and from then on I am offering all addicts members not only 10% off all books in the bookshop which can become 20% because you recieve 50% of the purchase price in credit against the next book/s when you return the books, so you still recieve 50% credit of the origional price before the 10% discount, but also 10% of rooms booked via the website for nightly/weekly rates.

 

Not for the monthly rates as these are already discounted.

We are full all 16 rooms until end of Jan and have a few vacancies in Feb and on and am offering Addicts members 10% discount on all rooms apart from Monthly deals that are already well discounted.

Subject to availability.

That reminds me I must get a couple of Peaches at the market tomorrow.....

 

We are currntly renovating a room with Balcony, seperate bedroom/lounge, brand new en-suite, 2 TV's 2 DVD players, A/C, in room safe, free wifi, fridge, microwave, tea/coffee maker, @ 550 per night or 10,500 per month + electric.

 

Plus the Addicts members 10% discount for all deals excluding monthly deals as already 5,000 baht saving

There you are, new room, excuse the pics as done in a hurry, already booked to 18th Feb, then again 9th March for almost a month.

PS, room has Free wifi, 2 TV's 2 DVD players, large free to guests DVD library, A/C 2 cieling fans, brand new en-suite, in room safe, Tea/coffee maker, Microwave, outside area for drying clothes etc,

The new room is booked for all of may, 12A is also booked to the end of May, 8A, is available actually from 1st May onwards.

How much time does it take to walk to the beach road?....approx 10 mins or quicker on a baht bus/bike taxi.

 

Time to the walking street?........about 15 mins or quicker on a baht bus/bike taxi

 

Time to soi 6?....walking about 20 mins but 10 mins on baht bus/bike taxi.

Thats one of the pluses with this area of Pattaya everything and everywhere is 10/20 mins away.

Noise is not so bad as long as you dont want to sleep at 10 O,clock, earplugs are an option but seriously its not bad, & Peter the 2nd TV there is one in the lounge and one in the bedroom of the apartments.
