Oh my, sounds and looks like a Cheap Charlie's castle. And with a safe in room, sounds like a real bargain!

Wonder what their weekly rates are ....

Do they have a website and internet booking, at least by email?

Thanks for the review!

Well my three weeks went down without a hitch. Many thanks Dave. I'll be back.

I was in 6B in the building opposite. Some nights there was a bit of noise from Crazy Daves, which pissed a few BG's off, but I sleep like a log after a dozen Singas so no worries there. Hope you like the pics.

Someone asked me about having to pay extra for bringing girls back to the rooms, NO, I know how it used to piss me off when I used to stay in hotels/guesthouses when I used to come on holiday, hence no extra charge what so ever.

Hey Dave, got a few questions:

Your prices look great and the room pics look great too. I saw the address on your website, but I can't make heads or tails of it. Once I see street names that don't follow the familiar pattern (Soi 2, Soi 3...) my eyes glaze over. Can you give me an idea of where you're located relative to Beach Rd or 2nd Rd? My concern is that the money I save on room rates will be offset by increased transportation costs (baht buses) if you're too far off the beaten path.

Would you provide a discount for a 3 week stay?

Do you charge more for two occupants than one? I ask because my TGF will be staying with me the whole time.

Do you have an available room w AC from Feb 26 thru March 19, 2009?

Thanks in advance.

OK, directions, if you travel along 2nd road with the flow of traffic (1 way) you will see Mikes shopping mall on the left, most people know it, opposite that on the right hand side is soi Diana, turn up that to the top then turn left then 1st right into soi Chaiyapoon, we are the 1st main building on the left.

Alternatively coming along third road from North pattaya dirction you will see X-Zyte nightclub on the right which is about 400 meters along 3rd road from the Pattaya Klang traffic lights, the new TOT building is on this junction, go past X-Zyte another 150 meters on the same side is Soi 25 or soi Chaiyapoon, turn in there and we are at the bottom of the soi on the right.

The new Book Cafe on soi Bauhkow is opposite the R-Con residence hotel at the north end of soi Bauhkow, just as you hit the bend by the R-Con.

you can email me via the website re any deals/bookings etc as all details are on the site.

We do not charge anything extra re occupants, it for the room only, yes there would be some discount for 3 weeks, and again email me via the site for availability

Cheers Dave
