How can you compare an omelette with a full cooked breakfast - with all due respect

In my mind if they can't cook an omelette, serve stale toast and disgusting butter the cooked breakfast will not be much better!

Disappointed in this place after all the talk up!  "The Punch & Judy extends a special welcome to families and has the only real English Beer Garden located in front of the pub."  What a load of crap, if they at least put a roof over the so called beer garden it might be a little inviting to sit out side.  As soon as you walk in all you can smell is old people and moth balls, classic English Pub smell?

165 THB Breakfast, I was looking forward to this and when the meal was taking so long I got my hopes up even higher only to be dissapointed to a stone cold meal.  Yet another place that uses that cheap arse butter!

 

 

Only 1 piece of tomatoe and I could still taste the brine on the cold mushrooms.

Started out good, very friendly staff, did not have the heart to tell her she fucked my order up!

 

 

Shit coffee! I think they where to scared to fill it up all the way.

 

 

Failed straight away fried eggs when I ordered poached and tinned tomatoes. but proberly the best spuds I have eaten so far and at least it was hot. 145 THB

For 236 THB there are better around, if breafast was not included in my room rate I would not have dined here.  Still better than the Flipper Lodge.

 

 

The hot food was cold and this was when they opened at 6 this morning, It is like they cooked it hours ago let it go cold then put it in the bay maries and let them reheat it.

Tea, coffee and OJ not included in price, it was to hot to try the coffee so got some chock ice cream instead.

Yes American style bacon and very good! The secrete to cooking bacon is to use a cast iron iron, heat it up and put on top of bacon, no need to turn bacon and crispy on both sides and stays nice and flat.

Good tip if you have the cast iron.  I read a while back to put the bacon in the pan, cold, before turning the heat on.  Found that the fat creates kind of a seal on the cold pan that helps it stay put when heating up.  After that, it seems to flip flat most of the time.  I then pour off 3/4 of the bacon fat and fry my eggs in the remainder.  Probably not healthy, but damn it tastes good!

Probably 170b for the breakfast and service, and 100b for imported bacon.  That would be the icing on the cake for a Pattaya trip, so I'd cough up the extra baht.
