Best Burgers in town

I had a Gary Burger last night and wow.

 

Where is "Gary Burger"located ?

It's at the top of Soi Honey on the east side of Soi Buakow.

Can't compare CJs to places like in n out or nations, but compared to the other (inter)national chains, I'd take CJs hands down. Can always ask for light on mayo and ketchup. 

 

But when I want a burger I usually hit up the little place on soi buakao and get one with bacon cheese fried onions and a fried egg for 100 baht. It's only open late at night though and surrounded by LB lol

 

Here is a link to it's location. It is the shuttered up white box stand. Like I said only open late at night.

I ordered a GB one night and said I am at Oud Bar and will come back in 10 minutes. As you know LadyBoy's solicit around the stand and anyway Poon decided to get a LB to deliver mine. The cheeky bugger came walzing up to the Bar and exposed his nipples just before he reached me. Only in Thailand. 555555

Sounds like you got better service than I did!! and mine was brilliant.  Back for more in just over a weeks time.

Tried the Gary Burger to go last night--picked one up on the way home. It was ok--the burger gets lost in the mix, so I don't even think of it as a burger.

I would recommend Tigglebitties on soi 17. Just Burgers on Jomtien Beach Rd is also very good. Then theres the old faithful Denmark Burger to take home after a heavy night out. Also check out Samurai Burger on soi Lucky Star, great fill up feed before the night out.

The stand is situated on Soi Buakhou at the T intersection with Soi Honey. If you walk down Soi Honey you can look at the stand across Soi Buakhou.

it is this white stand. It is only open at night, the street view guys came through in the morning.

Superstar Combo with extra bacon at Carl's Jr Central Festival Pattaya is my favorite hamburger price 300 baht with thick crunchy fries and free refill soft drink.

Villa Market on 2nd Road behind Central Festival has frozen US ground beef patties. They cook up quite well with a little salt and pepper, and the buns, if any left in the bread section, are excellent.

 

They also have real mayo, lots of different mustards, ketchup without HFCS and plenty of local and imported oscar mayer bacon.  Even several types of jalapenos if you like them!

The cable grill in Jomtien. Spectacular burgers.

Its located just at the start of Jomtien Beachroad. Very tiny little place, yet they make that up by serious quality!

Can not remember what i payed for a burger there but could never have been that much since else i would have remembered.

Can really recommend this place.

I hope i can taste a skeeter burger on my next trip. Only hear great stuff about his burgers aswell. But as for now. The cable grill is my absolute favorite.

My only complaint about the gary burger is that she uses preformed frozen patties which are almost guaranteed to have pink slime in them. Pretty gross but as long as it is a once in a while thing, whatever. I'd never keep them in my house though, way too easy to buy good ground meat and make frozen patties one's self, all seasoned up how you like them and slime free. Up to you.

I tried the Cable Car burger. Not bad. A step above McDonalds for sure.

I was really impressed with the lady running the operation.

Excellent service and attitude. Keeps the place spotless too.
