So disappointed with last nights result

Why do managers want to change there teams for cup games

When we do it we usually get beat

We're not going to win the league and we are not going to challenge (this season) for the champions league.

So why don't we play our strongest team in the cups and try and win one of them

I couldn't agree more mate, we worry too much about injuries etc and I know these days they say "it's a squad game"   and I hate to say it but when the shite were winning leagues and cups in the late 70s and early 80s they always played their strongest team and with only ONE sub and if they got an injury they just played the reserve to cover the injured player.
