     It is without doubt a fantastic achievement but i cant agree with you on his best ever championship. Look at that blue that he potted in the first frame this evening. Twenty years ago that does not go in. The commentators can say "super fine cloth" as many times as they want, but the fact remains that someone at some point has made snooker pockets easier. Anyway, very well done to the goat ronnie.

Looks like we will end this tread to rest at  sport section on PA . Ronnie O Sullivan Is definitely a GOAT .  But Joe Davis ( brother of Fred Davis who played at crucible at the early 80s ) still hold the record of 15 world snooker championship , only for 2nd world war , he would have gotten more , maybe 20 . Bear in mind , those balls are heavier than nowadays .  Thank you to all involved here .

His daughter is growing up to be a fine looking lass......her dress sense was a bit cheeky for the occasion I thought!!!  And before anyone says anything - she's 16, I checked!   LOL!!!!!!!!!!!
