Bubble and Squeak is usually leftovers fried up, very nice, i haven't had it for 35 years maybe..

If done well is absolutely delicious especially with a drop of HP sauce.

Try it.. it’s nice, they also do it in cafe patini with the fried breakfast. basically mashed potato with some other veg mashed in with it then fried

Went to the Hungry Hippo yesterday. Had the "mini" mixed grill 119 baht. But it wasn't mini it filled a large plate including sausage, 2 chicken, steak, chips & egg. Overall excellent very tasty and filling. I don't know how they do it for 119 baht.

tried cheap charlie's this morning. very clean, very busy (a good sign)  breakfast from 89 bht inc bacon, 2 eggs 2sausages, tomato, beans, fried bread, toast, juice tea/coffee.

other items on the extensive menu priced to please

you can pay more in starbucks here for a coffee

Hungry Hippo changed their 99 baht breakfast a couple weeks ago to now only include 1 coffee or tea, previously it was free refill incl soft drink
