Eating clean don't have to boring! Bought some tuna steak at Makros and grilled it in Sesame seeds and spicy teriyaki sauce. On a bed of red passion fruit salad accomplished with rice. Highly appreciated by the ladies as well!

My Italian neighbor brought some Italian stuff with him back from Italy. He think it's kind of interesting we use and like same products when we cooking Italian dishes and I'm thai! Felt kind of hungry and did an italien fast-food dish under 15 min. Just loved the sausage!

Yesterday's dinner and today's dinner. My woman had problem eat the real spicy south Thailand dish. Not many thais can handle it tho. The farang dish she loved anyway.

Today's dinner. Tried out my steamer which I had for 2 years but never used. Went out quite ok and perfect for preserve the nutrients in the food better than traditional cooking. Will definitely use it when I diet hard. Gonna be nice try use salmon or other fish a go soon.

Pizza, 2 slices, best pizza I have had in Thailand, by far, and the only one close to mine. can order by the slice, then they slice it in two, big selection.  before you get to terminal 21 coming out of the subway

This morning I enjoyed a very nice breakfast at cafe Pitini ( not sure of the spelling ).I will definitely go back again .

Absolutely love Cafe Pitini does brilliant full English breakfasts and I highly recommend it to any newbie or anyone who's new to Thai food and worried about cleanliness and getting the shits. This is where I developed a tongue and stomach for Thai dishes. I highly recommend the 'chicken cashew' dish the chicken Penang and the Red Curry. Absolutely delicious and the GF also highly rated the place and she was a very picky eater. They do a takeaway service and box the meals up for you if you're feeling too rough to sit in there and eat. Very reasonable prices and nice setting. This ended up being my regular place to eat before a night out. Their Lime shakes are top class!

Some photos from my trip over the past two weeks. Went to Lengkee and had some manasam curry,Duck,pork,shrimp rice and a fish between 3 of us. I can't remember how much it came to however it was defo value for money.

oh and the duck is to die for!!!!

One evening after the cinema we went to a small seafood/Chinese on 2nd road just before Soi Honey sorry can't remember the name. Our meal should have came to 1250 bhat,however the bill was 980 bhat we didn't complain and just headed on into the night. Food was superb aswell!!
