Always see pineapple added to a Roast Duck Red Curry.

Never seen with Chicken before.

Many years ago, local Chinese Restaurant started venturing into a few Thai dishes. At the time, I knew nothing about Thai food but I do remember them doing a Thai Curry Chicken dish, which had coconut milk and pineapple in it, was dam fine too.

I remember Just Hanging (former board member) pimping the hell out of Rich Man Poor Man.  B-Man passed on in another thread that they will be closing March 9th. Just an fyi here.

I plan to give JH a call to see if he is need of grief counseling.
