haven't been lately, their beach is teh best on the strip but they wont be working on that part for a long time.  Their buffet is great but 300 baht, seating great with a good view of the cleanest beach in jomtien.   not sure what the new plans will do it to but will be a long time till we find out

right in front of sandbar now, and they will be working on that another month at least

Thanx man! Ye I try present the food so it's have a soul as well. Food is for me like a hot woman. It need to be presented in a nice package, smell nice, little bit hot and a pleasure in the mouth! It's an art for me and works perfectly to seduce your mother in law or just the date you have for the moment. 

Today's post workout meal. I broke the protocol of a normal Monday and had a few  alcoholic drinks to the food and after. Once in the while you have to live for the moment. Carpe diem!

breakfast buffet with all sorts of stuff on it, thai food too and eggs made to order.   nice outdoor seating looking at a clean beach with no umbrellas on it

sandbar was closed for cleanup today, open tomorrow.  I went to rabbit resort, the construction hasnt made it quit that far but the buffet is no longer.   Not sure if just for slow season, or the construction or what, but right  now no buffet   FYI

It's on Jomtien 2nd road across from Rompho Market.

They raised the price from 350 but they upgraded the food quite a lot. 

There are four "main meat course" items when there used to be only one. 

Tonight it was rack of lamb (wow), veal in a sauce, cooked fish with a sauce, and rare tuna with a sear, all done Italian style.

Some of the better pizza in town. Choice tonight had anchovies.

Lots of antipasta salad stuff like olives, pickled garlic, fresh cheese, salami, ham, etc.

Two kinds of pasta. Tonight a tomato spaghetti with fried fish chunks and a creamy cheesy casserole type thing.

Green salad with smoked salmon.

Dessert fresh fruit and quite good tiramisu.

Drinks separate but not bad, 30 baht for soda water.

Real Italian food, real Italian ingredients.

Sound too good to be true? Yes, I agree.

At 399 one of the best values in town. 

Off season now so you don't even need to book a table.

Best to arrive at 7. Replenishment could be iffy. 

Just a heads up.

I tried this again and it just wasn't as good.

The last time it almost seemed too good to be true at the price.

Recent experience wasn't like that.

Could be about low season. Low attendance.

I almost walked out when I saw the buffet. One of the items appeared to be hot dogs. Then there was a BBQ sauce chicken filet dish. What's Italian about that? But they still had the good pastas, pizza, and lots of antipasta choices as well. There was a fancy bruschetta option and a good looking dinner roll (didn't try). Also a fish filet with a creamy sauce. For dessert, no tiramisu this time just regular flavored regular ice cream which I also passed on. 

So I wouldn't go out of your way to go there anymore. But still pretty good.

Or maybe it's the luck of the draw when we you go. 

But get there at 7. By 7:30 everything was totally cold from the aircon.

I am not a big soup eater and only thick soups when I get them    RMPM has a split pea and a broccoli cheese that I love, wow.  They had a new one today, tomato with brown rice, full of rice.  Not into tomato soup so I passed, both my friends go it and raved so I tried it, tomato cream and lots of rice, fantastic

 

my one friend who is really a picky eater gets the turkey soup, no my style but he says best he ever had, loaded with turkey
