No more in-out border runs to Cambodia?

That's interesting.. she's been making the same trip a few times a year for about 7 years and this is the first time she's been asked for the money. She's a cute little Cambodian lady not looking like a terrorist at all.

 

I guess that it's all part of this crackdown (plus the new emphasis on looking out for human trafficking) Rules are being taken out and dusted off and enforced.

I have such a friend about to come in for the 5th tine this year, once on a 60 day TV and the rest on the 14/15 day VW.

 

I was aware of the rule and gave her some cash the first time but she's never been asked - just down to Immigration.

 

There was a much publicised report of about a dozen Indians being sent home for that reason a year or two ago.

just got back .... left at 6, back for 2... in cambodia 15 mins... stamped for another 2 months...
