New Darkside bar opening up this Saturday 27 May, Diamond bar on the same Soi as Zo Phone, A Bar and Tara International school. Nice looking neighborhood bar.

New bar preparing to open . It is located just past the Billabong bar on the lake. Next to Siam Sky & before East Shore. Was a house that had been for sale for quiet a few years. Looks like pleny of parking outside , very visable from road. No idea when it will open but beer signs up & work seems to be progressing quickly.

I've never eaten there, but according to the sign outside the place they serve Northern Thai food.

Yeah Thai & Farang food. Can get busy some nights when they have a decent band on.

yes however if you walk through to the resort there is a new bar there I believe? No aircon in there though. I'm guessing Sasicha has grown  tired of non stop late nights and partying?

yes mate the bar in the resort is still operating not sure how much traffic she will get thru there. gets a bit warm this time of year.

It seems a weird decision. Can't quite see the need for so many washing machines there on the lake where as when I was there last year the place was rammed 2-3 nights a week at full capacity, and not so bad other days they were open. Can't say I would be going there much now to be fair.
