Cant wait to hear what Roy Keane said tonight about joining the Republic of Ireland management team with Martin O'Neill. Will be interesting.

I don't actually think this will be as happy a marriage between Keane & O' Neill as people think. I am happy with O 'Neill's appointment but not with Keane's. I wish O Neill could have brought John Robertson in as his usually trusted number two.

Robertson was not with him at Sunderland, which I think led to O' Neill's demise at Sunderland. Roy Keane was a fantastic player but he has still not learned that talking a good game and then delivering it in a management role are two separate things. Roy likes things to be all about him and sometimes he is blind to the bigger picture.

I was thinking the same as you.. Roy is short fuse, he could explode anytime.

Ashley Young done it again to fool the ref...lol,  But RVP penalty miss is rightly deserved.  United played better and should have won by two or three goals. I will be up there at Old Trafford for the final group match..

Arsenal regained the initiative in the group last night, there's something about them this season, they are still not choking, plenty of time for that I guess. Barca did what they do best & Napoli holding fort, Rafa seems to work his best in Europe yet again. Chelsea and Ajax winning as well.

Yeah.. Should be a decider for the qualifications. United will have to put out a strong team which is good for me. Otherwise it would be a waste trip watching United playing with second team.

United won easy at Bayer Leverkuson 0-5... Was surprised with the result because Bayer is 2nd in the Bundesliga league to Bayern Munich.  Strange result, After playing useless against Cardiff last sunday 2-2. Even they played without RVP and Chico. I am very disappointed with the result, because it will a match that they dont need a point for next match against Shakhtar Donetsk in which i will be there at Old Trafford. Most certainly the top players like Rooney and RVP wont be playing... Ah fuck, I will have Thailand to look forward to on Christmas Day.

City heading for a tough game, Barca, Real, atletico ,Paris St . Still if you can beat Bayern then fear no one

Utd could play Basle, Galatasaray, which look easy on paper but Chelsea might not agree about Basle

Left Waterford at 1.30am to go on Bus to Dublin Airport, Arrive Airport at 4am. Wait for 6.30 am flight to Manchester for €38 return.

Mate from Manchester picks me up, A gentleman, Went for coffee and a drive around the town and his work area and had dinner too., Collect tickets from his mate at 5 pm. Went down to OldTrafford at 6pm. Early, i know.. lol, My two mate and myself went to the pub at the corner near old Trafford. Cant remember the name, i am sure it was Old Trafford. Drinking sparkling water, then ready to go down the Old trafford. Took the seat , empty staduim at 7 pm.  Crowd growing after 7.30pm.  So cold out there, Ukraine was already on the pitch kicking about, Match started, Surprised to see the staduim not full, maybe 1/5 th missing seat all around. Match was not great, United confidence is so low, the crowd not giving them encouragement with their quietness, Which is disappointing for me, I dont see any real fans at all, Many eating a prawn sandwiches, The rich are taking over the real supporters which is sad, No atmosphere there at all. I enjoyed the match but not the fans performance, It was very different from last time i went. Phil Jones was my man of the match, he scored as well, a good hard working honest player , My feet got cold in the second half..Saw two United fans fight among themselves in four rows front of me and got evicted by wardens , dont know why they fight, Went to mate home after the match, was hoping for a surprise for me at the house , like a girl waiting for me in bed, lol, But nothing there, Ah fuck i said, it is only 2 weeks to go in Thailand for me, a lovely dream to look forward to. Slept out after the ITV Champion League Highlight was over. Was lucky to be awake by my mate at 6.30 am, only for that i would have missed the 7.55am Flight. Arrive Home at 3pm by Flight and bus.. Long two days but well worth it seeing my mates and UNITED again... Here are those  photos except me.. lol  Very tired, must hit the sack after posting this Post.. Sorry if i bore you here. ABU here, Bear with me...

Fascinating draw, City & Arsenal have to do it all, for Arsenal its the second season that they are facing Munich in the k-o, PSG & Athletico dark horses.
