English Premiership League 2013/2014

Hate making predictions. Always get them wrong anyway. I have always been positive about Liverpool's chances but realistically there are 5 better squads than ours. Maybe i will get pleasantly surprised but logic says no. Window isn't closed yet and a few signings at the end could impact the season for a number of clubs.

As a sidenote i am much more interested to watch more PL football this season. I just think the PL product is becoming better to watch in the last few years. More fluid and technical. Still tough but less long ball and target men.

First manager to go, please let it be Steve Clarke.

I'd put my money on Pardew

Top three easy City, United, Chelsea. What order is the big ?

Battle for Forth Arsenal, Tottenham, Liverpool, Pos Everton, depends on transfers

Nothing too much changes

Mid table, WestHam, WBA, Fulham, Norwich, Aston Villa,

Bottom from Crystal Palace, Cardiff, Hull, Sunderland, Newcastle and Pos Stoke.

Ones to Watch Swansea, Southampton

Best bit of business Aston Villa keeping Benteke.

Person for chop, who ever in charge of signing new players at Arsenal and Newcastle.

First Manager to go Wenger, Hughes, DI Canio but my money on Newcastle Manager , even with his long contract

Sunderland have been deal a hard job in the opening fixtures, they have to play all the top teams at home now so could be down the bottom for a while

Very Good points Enterprise... :Wassup1:

Arsenal deserved their victory against Spurs today - they looked the better team. Give Spurs 2 or 3 months and once their team gels then they could be a force.

I still doubt Wenger will make any big signings in the final 24 hours of the transfer window.

Liverpool is back to where they used to be in the seventies and the eighties. Brendan Rodgers done a great job since he first came in, rebuilding the club back to the higher level. Took Sir Alex four years to win the trophy and 6/7 years to win the first league championship since 1967. Will only take Brendan within a short distance to clinch the first Premiership league title for over 22 years. Chelsea and Liverpool will possibly a two horse race come in Feburary. Moyes will need time to settle in at Old Trafford, Sir Alex  replacement was going to be difficult job to do, I hope the fans and the board will not give Moyes a hard time. Maybe they dont want to be another Wenger who managed Arsenal without a trophy for 8 years. Nowadays, Clubs like Chelsea  are ruthlessy sacking managers after few matches. Silly in my own opinion.

Clam down, calm down - its only 3 games into the season and you cant use this as a base to mount a serious title challenge

If I were a Pool fan I'd be happy with a 4th place finish.

Joe Kinnear done a great job bringing in new players. Think he must have been under instructions from Ashley not to spend any cash.

Aside if you go out to the bars and meet any girls from Surin or Buriram who speak a little Khymer try saying to them

Joy Kinnear learn learn and see what happens

Interesting transfer window big winners i think Tottenham and Everton. The toffees improved their squad and didn't even dent the bank. Liverpool did quite well but didn't get any cover for DM and have a plethora of CB's. Still seeing Sakho Ilori Agger Toure' Kelly and Skrtel means the position will be hotly contested. Think Skrtel will be moved on in January.

I think Spurs bought very wisely with the Bale money and although that many new players may take a bit to settle together they have some real weapons in that squad. Eriksen for peanuts was a great buy to give them some creativity and an excellent dead ball specialist. United were a bit like keystone cops in this transfer window and the loss of Gill maybe more of an issue than the loss of Ferguson but in the end they needed a midfielder and they got a midfielder. Chelsea just bought everything anyone else wanted whether they needed it or not so no change there.

Should be a great season I think Liverpool Arsenal and Tottenham will fight it out for fourth but will be a little closer to the big three than in season's past. I can't choose between Chelsea and City for the title leaning towards Chelsea as Jose' has been there done that got the Tshirt.
