I watched our game against Chelsea at Hemingways and was made up with our performance. We've not got a 4 point cushion between us and the bottom 3.  Tomorrow we are away to Burnley and this club has said they don't want our fans to take any protest banners or flyers into the ground.  Shame on them.  I believe a few supporters groups are asking the fans who are going to the game NOT to buy anything inside or outside the ground.  This is great let's hit Burnley in the pocket

As you can imagine I'm made up with DCL's red card being overturned.   I like many fans off all football teams am not happy with VAR.  

VAR is getting to many decisions wrong and maybe it's time to scrap it

The two clubs have each confirmed to the Premier League that they are in breach of the League’s Profitability and Sustainability Rules 

Everton FC and Nottingham Forest FC have each confirmed to the Premier League that they are in breach of the League’s Profitability and Sustainability Rules (PSR). This is as a result of sustaining losses above the permitted thresholds for the assessment period ending Season 2022/23.

In accordance with Premier League Rules, both cases have now been referred to the chair of the Judicial Panel, who will appoint separate Commissions to determine the appropriate sanction.

Commissions are independent of the Premier League and member clubs. The proceedings are heard in private with the Commissions’ final decisions made public on the Premier League’s website. The League will make no further comment until that time.

Its a tough life being an Evertonian 😥

The PL certainly seem to dislike us but are taking there time over Man City and Chelsea.

We seem the easier hit because we in the eyes of the PL have broken the same rule twice but City have 115 against them

As far as I can see we are over the spend because of our new stadium.  So you'd think the PL would cut us a bit of slack.  Especially has we lost a major sponsor when the Ukraine/Russia was broke out

The new stadium will bring back to life a rundown area of the docks/Liverpool.  Its created loads of jobs.  Money is going into the Liverpool economy. It's improving the waterfront.  The new stadium will make the PL brand even better. So what do the PL do but decide to have a go at us.

Anyway part of the problem is we've also got a board who arnt that good at running a football club.  The Everton fanbase is not happy with the owner Moshri.  He's been the owner now for 7/8 years.  And on the football front we have gone back wards
