I wouldn't start celebrating just yet lets see what become of the appeal from McLaren.

Personally i wouldnt like to see Lewis win the title through a court appeal. Although if the fuel was tampered with then they were basically cheating. Mclaren were kicked out of the constructors c/ship for spying etc and if the other teams were found to have tampered then they should be dealt with accordingly.

If they do dock the other 2 teams there points, if i was Lewis i would decline the F1 title.

Lewis says he does not want to win the title that way. If the appeal is upheld the sport will loose a lot of credibility, just like the Tour de France, where Landis was stripped of his title for the 1996 tour a couple of weeks ago as a result of dope testing. Unfortunately, most sports are under a cloud these days.

Well it's all over now Would he have won it if he never had car trouble???

The pressure got to him in the first few corners thats for sure and then after the engine problem i think he just thought fuck it!!

The pressure was off and he started to drive as good as he ever has!

Shame he didnt win it this year but i will have a big wad of cash on him for next year!!
