You never heard the fans shouting for Poch to go ,I'm sure there will be a big reaction against the board on Tuesday night game

Just out curiosity it sounds like you are a Spurs fan do you think that Harry has become part of the problem he’s a fantastic striker but maybe he’s got bigger than the manager on the inside ?

No he was just not getting the service what with dele being injured and out of form for ages and Erickson just disappearing for the last year ,look what happens when he gets the service for England ,he could smash every goal scoring record for club and country

Summer move: Lewandowski to Real and Pochettino and Kane to Bayern Munich.

To be fair spurs have been awful for a long time, losing so many games. It would have been a travesty if they had fluked the champions league final, thankfully they didn't and we have worthy euro champs. Jose guarantees a trophy at spurs..something poch hasn't managed after 10 years in management.

BTW as an aside, the happiest people with this are Amazon, their upcoming documentary on spurs 2019/20 season just became gold dust!

Absolutely.

From what I have read this morning, Poch's backroom staff were unaware of what was going to happen.

Yes good luck to him but I’m not sure he has got what it takes left in him.

But I’m sure he’ll liven things up have few surprises up his sleeve but can’t honestly see him being a long term solution for Spurs a better option and fit maybe would have been to take a gamble on Eddie Howe.

Spurs have so many unsettled players Rose, Eriksen, Dier & Alderweireld to name a few.

So what they need is a manager with good people skills, humble & non abrasive.

Someone with no ego, who will have to show great patience working with Levy. A man that can put an arm round the shoulder & unite the players & fans.

Spurs have just acquired the exact opposite of all those things.

Expect this appointment to blow up in Levy’s face & the special one to leave the club in turmoil (as he always does) with a big severance pay in his back pocket.

As a supporter who didn't agree with the boards decisions to sack Poch or appoint Jose ,I'm sure the fans will be singing pochs name at the game on Tuesday night then we have to get behind Jose as its our club ,players, managers chairman come and go but the club and the fans stay loyal

Man City have been banned from the Champions League for 2 seasons.

I assume they’ll appeal.

Just as the premiership is Liverpools holy grail, the Champions league is Man city`s, the ban dosnt start until next season so you`d imagine they`re going to focus on that for the remainder of this season cos the prems out of reach, not sure wether they`re good enough to win it but even so it dosnt neccessarily mean they cant!

Then again as you mention you`d imagine they will appeal.

At least five top-flight matches will be held at neutral venues when the Premier League returns to action next month.

After weeks of discussions between the league, local police forces and Britain’s most senior police officer, Mark Roberts, it has been agreed that the majority of the remaining games can be played at the usual home and away grounds.

But, following requests made by police forces in Manchester, Merseyside and Northumbria, it has been decided that the following five fixtures will take place at neutral grounds:

Manchester City v Liverpool

Manchester City v Newcastle United

Manchester United v Sheffield United

Newcastle United v Liverpool

Everton v Liverpool

Any game in which Liverpool could secure the league title will also be held at a neutral venue, if they are not crowned champions by winning against Everton.
