Yeah I did have my BP with me. Thankfully, his superior (actually a nice woman) told him to not worry about it but did point to new fast track pass on windows. Hopefully airlines already distribute new ones (I’ll be pissed if Cathay don’t give me new one this Oct).

Went online today to book my usual BFS Fast Track through Immigration and the site was unavailable so I sent an email asking when the site would bu up. The reply was simply what the title says.

I guess any other services will also be likewise constrained.

Yeah they just notified me that my booking was cancelled due to new airport policy. Only first class or business class can use the service now. They will refund but that doesn't get me through immigration any quicker...

Having initially told him the booking was confirmed, BFS contacted him again to say they couldn’t provide the service and asked if he wanted a refund.

Luckily, the airport was quiet when he landed last night.

Thank you for providing an update regarding BFS.  Hopefully they start back up very soon.  I was going to use them for my upcoming trip, but I will look into the other company mentioned in this thread.

Is it still suspended on BFS or are other companies still selling it?

I recd an email from BFS a couple of days ago  , if you have an economy ticket you cannot go through Fast Track with them , worth emailing the other guys to confirm 

If it floats, flies or fucks It's probably cheaper to rent ...

I emailed BFS yesterday after trying to book buggy pick up and fast track/premium lane immigration and getting a "temporarily unavailable" message.

There reply was that airport authorities have changed the policy of premium fast track usage with immediate effect and that only customers with First and Business class tickets can use Premium fast lane coupons and channels.

I have emailed today Bangkok airport limousine and they say that they can still offer it? Anybody used them?

I used them for the trip I’ve just come home from.

I booked the ‘full package’ with them. Buggy, fasttrack, porter, car to & from Jomtien. They were fine.

Met at the gate by lady with buggy and driver. Taken to fasttrack. Passed on to porter who got my bags. He contacted driver as we left baggage carousel so car (Toyota saloon)  was at door 5 as we got there. All very efficient. Only slight problem was driver for return journey going to VT6 instead of VT7 so was 20 minutes late picking me up.

Was more expensive than using BFS & Nam, but was decent service.

I used BFS for the first time for my last holiday

And was looking forward to using them again

So it's a shame that they don't provide this service anymore to economy passengers

Yesterday I got an email from BFS telling me that my Fast Track had been cancelled. Bit of a cunt if you ask me. I know that at Suvarnbhumi they now have dedicated immigration lanes for the Chinese, but I'm scratching my head as to why they'd cancel it completely.

Wasn't financially viable for them I guess. Refund takes 2 weeks.

Booked BFS on a non-biz class flight, the lady meet me off the plane and apologized straight away informing me they are no longer able to take customers through the business class/Premium Lane. 

She stayed with me but gave me a form to sign for a full refund.
