Adverts  now running on Pattaya People TV,looking for buyer. One million baht a year rent.

Was this one of Glendon Bullards businesses-the dead gangster who was controlling much of Nana Plaza until recently?? He was reported to have opened a fast food outlet in Pattaya just before he passed into the afterlife.

2500 american dollars for 1 month rent??? is this for real or joke?

Offer is for a three year lease, renewable, but 1,000,000 baht a year rent for starters.

According to the advert, its 80 sq m,seating for 15-20 and off street parking "nearby".

Build a man a fire, and he'll be warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.

the customer bit was not very big inside as i remember.

i think it had 4 or 5 stools each side at 2 counters along the walls

that 80 sq m must inc the area that is now the kitchen

off street nearby parking i guess it's not far from wat chaimongkron temple car park

It sounds more like a good name for a GoGo than a food outlet.   :Think1:

Fixed price cafe ....as opposed to variable price?

Confusing start, i think.

i think it is along the lines of everything being the same price 99 bht.

even if a free soft drink is included i don't see that concept working.

they were still not quite open yesterday so i dunno for sure

Sounds like a lost in translation moment. Why don't more Thais bother to ask the opinions of native English speakers before investing in signs and menus? Many of us would do it for free.

Because Thais are born knowing everything.

OK. That sounds kind of clever. They can play around with the price, seeing supply and demand economics in action. But is their product worth stuffing in our mouths? I am doubtful.
