The place looks the biz. Any word on the music. I really hope it's not that loud 'car alarm' shit. I know that with all of those small bars around the complex the 20 or so different choices of music blaring at the same time, I get really confused!

Great idea, cant think why it hasnt been done before in pattaya

 

I used the German beer garden in soi 5 off sukumvit bkk for years, its exactly the same idea and has worked very well. its always busy, never had any trouble, certainly had a lot of laughs and good fucks

 

It will clear beach road of most of the pretty free lancers. You will have to get out ther and entice them

 

 

How will you keep out the scum

 

The beer garden has some capable thai security staff on the door to keep out known scum and NO LBs allowed

 

If you havent been there take some time out to look, well worth the trouble

 

BTW the beer garden service is top class, very professional german efficiency and no rip offs - they also have a good food reputation

I dropped in there last night for a drink and a look. The 30 baht bottled beer is a great starter! The staff looked nice and the freelancers left me alone to drink. If I'd stayed there longer - who knows? The place is very well set up and well worth checking out.

 

I took my BF there after hours so everything had closed up by that point, but she said she'd check it out too.

But is it worth taking a chance. There are many types of freelancers in Pattaya. Listed below are some examples

(1) Ones that just dont want to work in a bar. One wonders why they don't want to work in a bar

(2) Students. They go to Pattaya at weekends to earn some money

(3) Shop workers. These are after earning extra money

(4) Bar Girls. Some girls work in quite bars and will freelance when there bars close early.

So any of the above could easily rob you and theres no way of finding them. The girls are very clever and one of the questions that they will ask you is "How long are you in Pattaya". So once they have robbed you they will go and freelance in a different area of Pattaya to where they met you.

I understand your point about the girls wanting to be regulars at this bar but how can you keep tabs on the girls who only call in now and again. How would the bar know that one of these girls have robbed a customer.

Whether it's a straight bar fine from a bar, a bar fine from an Agogo Club, an escort agency girl, a girl sitting in Royal Gardens, a free lancer from a bar or a free lancer off the street. It's all a gamble mate. Life is, especially if you play this sort of game. (Which I do and have done for a long time.) I've had as many bad times with bar fine girls as I've had from free lancers.

(Which incidentally have been very few - most problems have been with damn ladyboys trying to pick me up, pick my pockets or touch me. Really starting to spoil Pattaya they are and many are very nasty with it.)

Use your brain and be selective. Don't pick up freelancers off the street/beach late at night. I never carry (or have in my room) more than a few thousand bhat at any one time.) In BKK I always use freelancers - mainly Beer Garden Soi 5 - very few have been a problem and then only poor service sometimes or trying it on for a bit of extra cash. Any problems grab their clothes and handbag and throw them outside your room. Close the door after her. Sorted!

If this place is meant to be for meeting FL's, i think it would be a good idea to keep it open later than 2am if that's possible.

 

My mate went in to find a FL at about 2am last night but said it was closed

 

I would have thought apart from the daytime, after 2am would be the busiest when the girls have finished work in the bar and are looking for a customer.

Great Place, I've been here ( Showing people around ) 4 times this week,,,Perfect location,,,

This is just what this town needs.

 

A friend called me from there a few days ago so I joined him for a drink over the sea...I was amazed a the amount of people sitting there at 4-00 in the afternoon,,,,83 People,,,All enjoying themselves...Only a handful of freelances were scattered around , but that didn`t matter.

 

Then last night we popped in and was surprised that the 30 baht drinking happy hour has gone up to 40 baht,,

Hey, No problem, it's still perfect,,, Pete must be running at a loss most of the time.

 

I counted 168 people eating and drinking and still poring in when I left , ( Still only about 12 Freelances )

 

But the good news is , IT`S GETTING WELL KNOWN,,,, All in one week,,,

 

Brilliant,,,One of a kind,,,,

 

Oh, Somebody asked about the music,,,,They have four T.V. at each corner of the HUGE bar and the pictures the same on all and the music is GREAT BACKGROUND MUSIC..... Another first in PATTAYA.

 

And people wonder why this place is doing so well.

There are plenty of couples drinking,chatting, eating and just enjoying themselves having a night out over the sea,,,

 

The freelancers are not in your face,,,,at the moment there is not that many around.

 

Mrs B. will enjoy it,,, ( Not around the Bar but sitting at a table over the sea. )

 

In fact a family of 14 walked in and got themselves a huge table and some food and had a great time.
