How do you like your steak cooked?

I always get mine medium and usually it comes between medium rare and medium at most places I eat with the occasional overcooking.  One spot that always did it perfectly was a Chili's on Kadena AFB in Okinawa, Japan.  If I ever become wealthy I'm hiring one of the cooks there as my personal chef, haha

My steak has to be medium.Nothing like a good steak once in a while with mushroom , onions etc my fav is peppered steak .making me hungray already
