Hey Slick, when will you be there in Dec?

Also anyone knows where exactly is April Suites? I've left it to the last minute and need to find a room for xmas.

My comment was meant to be a joke.... "Last October I went to August. Now in December Im looking at April. Wonder where Ill stay in February...August or April?"

Covered most of the months. LOL

Gonna be a while before I get back as this is my busy season for my Biz.

Yes i got the joke but also thought it included real information as you did say 'Now in Dec looking at April'. ie now in Dec looking at April Suites which is the topic of this thread!

Anyway, a few of the old wsa crowd gonna be in town for xmas, too bad you wont be around. Cheers.

Anyone got an update on April suites?

I'd asked khun Tee (lady speaks decent angrit, and most senior front desk staff in August Suites) 2 weekends ago, she told me April Suites ready next door. But re-assured me Aug S was more comfortable as April S was more "compact". Call AS ask for khun Tee to get meat on the table

I stayed in April Suites during December.

Hotel is brand new, not everything is finished yet.

One fact i did not like is that their is only one elevator for the whole building (6 floors).

Please tell more. Cost, size of the room, pool, breakfast, noise?

Cost: paid about 1600 BTH/Night

Pool: on the roof.

Breakfast: never used.

Noise: No construction noise.

Overall the rooms are very nice. They look nicer than the rooms at August Suites.

You are a man of few words...... Apologies if English isn't be your 1st language.

Are the rooms much smaller than August Suites?

What are the bathrooms like? Bath or no bath?

TV's? Room safes? Balconies? Beds? Internet?

Can we buy a vowel?

Does this actually hotel exist? No website, news reports or photos are known

to mongerdom. I'm putting this place in the same caterogy as the

Nong Khai fireballs, that is I'll believe it when I see it. Can some brave monger with a camera and a vocabulary please solve this mystery. April Suites I mean, not the bullshit "pictured" below.

I payed for a superior room but they "upgraded" me to a deluxe room.

Rooms: larger than August Suites.

Bathroom: No bath.

TV: Yes. Flatscreen on wall. Larger than the TV's at August Suites.

Room Safe: Yes, same as at August Suites.

Balconies: Small. No chairs. Balconies at August Suites are much larger.

Beds: Large. Comparable to the beds at August Suites.

Internet: wifi.

For a hotel, you'd expect they could afford $5 a month for a web hosting.

Comes out as a big minus in credibility department of the management behind running this hotel.

If they're tight with the money, I can host their website on my server for free this month.

I used the underground car park at August Suites quite a bit and noticed

Management favours Mercedes-Benz's of the Barbus kind. I don't think they are struggling

for coin. Their website woes seem fixed. Very good hotel run by very nice people imho.

Yip, I stand corrected.

Actually, I'm staying in April Suites now almost 3 weeks and all staff are very friendly and helpful.

Any updates?

What is the low season rate without breakfast at april suites? (if you email for special price)

Last July could choose between 1300 baht/night for city view and 1500 baht/night for pool view at august suites, so maybe the rate at april suites is under 1300?

+1

Anybody have this info? Also interested in seeing more completed pictures of the full room and bathrooms.

Someday, somebody will ski that
