NRL & AFL Pointy end chat

Love games like Parra/Penrith. Absolute defensive games. Brilliant show. Felt sorry for Parra not taking it in the end. They deserved it. One of the best try line defensive efforts over 80 minutes I can recall seeing. They may not have made the prelims, but I think every player can hold their head up high with that effort tonight. Have to think Melbourne will destroy Penrith after 80 minutes of that, while the Storms resting.

Can’t see any team beating the storm this year, Bellamy is the best coach I’ve ever seen, thought once smith retires they would struggle, nope this guy knows how to get the best out of the players he buys, hoping my Rabbitohs get up against Many but who ever plays Melbourne it’s a storm win.

Great game last night and I am happy that Parramatta lost. It was funny that Blake Ferguson faked an injury (crusher tackle) but jumped straight to his feet to confront the tackler. If he was genuinely injured he would not be able jump up with so much energy for a confrontation...this might start up a new trend with injuries.

It's Super Saturday!

The only thing that has kept me sane in Melbourne's lockdown is the plethora of sport to watch.

I even watched the women's cricket last night, what a game against India down the the last ball.

Today's line up.

Storm v Panthers - Go Storm

Melbourne vs Doggies - Go Melbourne

F1 Qualifying Sochi - Danny Ric rebirth - he win at Monza was magnificent.

Beers are cold. The only thing missing is the BJ at half time.

Fuck me dead...great game so far and Melbourne have lost their workhorse and the ever unpredictable Cheese but still in the fight! I think they may run out of juice late in the second half.
