wow that a very impressive place, no need to go anywhere else by the looks of it

If you are impressed with Central Festival try Siam Paragon, lots of high end shops there. I guess I'll just have to take the bus to Bangkok to buy my new Patek Philippe 5002. :Clap8:

I agree with you, is very unfear for those and small retailers on streets. Pattaya dont need it. Any one can go to Bangkok for a one day snob shopping, and for the people how like to have big offert to choice must go Bangkok any way. Is too up scale and posh for Pattaya. Look like the power people call his powerful friends of international brands, i did not see any independent retailer, to help them in the idea to change the tourist economic level. Provably thinking on Japaneses, koreans, Chinese, may be Russians, Arabians and another emergents Asian countries. And in consecuence send far away westerners. I still dont know what they have again as.

Those Asian tourist will come for the sex industry? If not, what else can offert Pattaya?

Rooftop is accessible? Anyone want to lay odds on how long until the first jumper? *OR* how long until some drama queen jumps INSIDE the mall...

Ooh, I did look all the way down from the top floor when I was there. If I had to jump, I think that would be the place I'd do it.

This place has "bad investment" written all over it. No doubt plans and the financing were

drawn up some time before this global economic mess reared it's ugly head.

In the meantime it will likely serve as the mall that puts the other malls out of business.

I walked through Royal garden plaza recently and saw alot of 70% off close - out sales

signs in the windows.

Maybe they can convert the outside of it into a skate park or something useful once the

place flops. :NoNo3:

I'm watching to see how much of the recent "high end" development on beach road is going to fail.

There are arcade games on level 6 and a cinema on the top level. I don't remember seeing a bowling alley.

Thx buddy! As I always stays in Flipper Lodge on soi 8 and this provides perfect relaxation for me on a rainy day.

Where exactly is this mall located? It's obviously on Beach Rd, but is it closer to Soi 2 than say Soi 13?
