No 98 baht Buster Breakfast in the New Retox

I decided to try out the New Retox ( Game on ) Restaurant / Bar in Soi Honey the other day.

 

They are still working on the Outside / Backside and Upstairs.

 

They have Wall to Wall T.V.`s ( About 50 ) plastered everywhere.

 

They have about 12 very well dressed service girls - Bit up Market.

 

The place was Cosy and Cluttered .

 

I asked for the 'Buster Breakfast'  - Thinking it was the same as the other Retox restaurant.

 

But nobody knew what I meant.

 

They handed me a New Menu - and they were right - No Buster Breakfast.

 

They had a Small Breakfast for 98 Baht Plus 45 Baht extra for Tea or Coffee.

 

A Big Breakfast is about 250 Baht.

 

I tried the Small Breakfast.

 

It came on a Wooden Bread Board .

 

One Egg - One Fat Sausage - Bits of Bacon and a Large Egg Cup with Baked Beans in it - one Toast cut in two.

 

The Egg was tepid - The Bacon was the same - The Beans were Hot but hard to get out of the Egg Cup - The Sausage was the worst I have ever tasted in Pattaya - I had one bite and left it ( So did my Friend )

 

I'm not having a go - but maybe the people cooking don't eat their food - This looks good - but was awful.

 

Today I went to Retox One and the Breakfast sausages were perfect and the meal was HOT. 10/10

 

Hopefully the Guys cooking can sort this out as it gets a 1/10 from me.

I think that was the (appropriate) customer response at the end of the meal.

Sounds like the breakfast is different as each Retox location. I went to the iRover location in April and it was 99 baht for the small and 129 baht for the baht buster.

i rover in LK Metro has nothing to do with retox's lengkee and the new retox game on in soi honey

the retox bloke used to have i rovers but sold out in early 2015.

after a short interval he opened retox in lengkee and very recently retox game on (prevoiusly rosco's) in soi honey.

meanwhile the i-rover baht buster breakfast went from 99 to 129 bht on march 31st 2015 under it's new owners

Even if the food was good, not sure about the wooden tennis table bat for a plate, Imagine in a few months how many bacteria you would be served along with the breakfast.
