They still have the same problem as the last debacle at the world cup though - who do you replace him with. They tried a couple of proven foreign managers which failed dismally and there is nobody homegrown to pick from. It's not looking good for the future.

Jamie Vardy would have won it for England. This game cried out for his Pace and Skill.

 

What was the Manager thinking by making 'Kane' take the 'Corners' instead of being in the Box ready to head them into the Net? He is the Top Scorer in Premier League and a Centre Forward, FFS.

Vardy for Sterling after the goal was the sub to make. Milner was just a 'safe' sub that backfired badly.
