We Have 7 Rooms. 

 

All Rooms have 3 Seater Sofas.

We are located about 2 min walk from Soi LK were all the ago go bars are.

we are directly opposite the triangle bar.

Price for those dates is 700B per night.

We have Digital Safe in room.

there is no joiner Fees.

Yeah, they look really nice and after i found this thread i am not so sure anymore where i want to stay next time, currently i am looking at 4 guesthouses that all look good to me and have their pro and cons. In the end i have to roll a dice i guess.

I have one very large Room with PC and internet in the room i could do for 600B Per night for those dates.

Or I have a Standard Size room with all the same furnishings ie: King Sized Bed, 3 seater Sofa, 42' Plazma T.V etc but slightly smaller room for 500B per night.

If you wanted the reduced rates i would require 1 Month in advance on a 3 month booking.
