Pattaya hotels with age restrictions and extra joiner fees

Need info on the Scenery City Hotel. In february 15 they were guest friendly but according to some replies on agoda since middle of september they began to charge a joiner fee 300baht. Can anyone inform on the current policy of this hotel.

 

i been there yesterday for check their room, i asked if they are GF and said yes, but i cant be sure because I have not stayed there.

Looked at the list of hotels that are GF and have the 18-19 year old restrictions  - Would like to stay at the Sandy Springs hotel on Soi 13/1 and would like to find out some information about the hotel in this sense - Plan on bringing a few 18-19 year old women back to the hotel - Thanks for all of the help.

one trip, I had a 19 year old, a 20 year old and a 21 year old in my room, they added up to my age...  I like View Talay 6, none of their business who I have in my room there...

Yes its a bit of a tricky one isn't it 

I have said on this board before how I think its rude they charge when they are not sleeping and only visiting for an hour or 2.

Changes the goal post for me now and I will give them a chance.

For others interested, their rate for February is 1800bt with a 10% discount for more than a week including breakfast.

Slightly cheaper than Agoda.

I stayed at the Chaiyapoon Inn recently.

They make it clear they are girl friendly for ONE girl only.

It wasn't clear if the 2nd just was't allowed or was allowed for a fee.

Chaiyapoon Inn was fantastic. I will try and stay there on my next visit. Will post a review when I get around to it.
