 Good afternoon guys ,  Back in Bangkok now after a good time in Phnom Phen for the last couple weeks  celebrating the Chinese Lunar Year . Woke up to a rainstorm this morning around 7.30 am  , we need it , the pollution is bad over the city  The Chinese holidays continue here as I see lots of Chinese on the BTS this morning , 

 So to look at Ascot . When you see a trainer with 3 nags in the same race you can expect he knows what he is doing  , Dan Skelton in the 2.25 .    But I am going against him and pickin ,

Pain management is what I'm focused on now physically I'm doing OK however being in Asia got some strong meds which I would not be able to get in OZ so hopefully a coupla weeks should see me over the worst.
