Well done today to the Snowfall backers, Aidan O'Brien runs some operation, but only one runner tomorrow in the Derby for the first time in a while apparently which appears a little odd, does he think that Bolshoi Ballet will bolt up? Or that he has nothing that can actually win the race?

Well done to Sigram & Somchai1 for their nice priced winners , Ridgeway 5/1 & As You Like 13/2 ...  WorldPunter was unlucky to lose by a nose , King Frankel .  Sigram taking over the lead by three points to his arch rival ...

i'd like to claim some inspired picking but in this instance it was more how poor i thought the race was rather than how good my pick was.  i thought the favourite was dogmeat, way too short priced and there wasn't anything else that stood out.   first time cheekpieces also so i thought if they were trying something new and nothing else any good was maybe worth a punt.
