Accomodation with Kitchen/Amenities

Hey all - stupid question, wanting to go to patts for approx 1 month and I will need the following:

 

Budget: As close to 15k as possible or cheaper

Kitchen - I want to cook my own stuff as I train at the gym and eat a lot / if not at least a microwave

Aircon

 

The reason I ask this question is mainly the kitchen part - it is essential for me as I eat like 9 times a day and would like to prepare meals. Is this common in patts to get accomodation with these facilities.

Have a look at 1C on my website, it has a full kitchen, will need to know your dates though.
