They have their fair share of ODs too, often on the local TV news there's a story about another dead farang at Nirun. But I go there often for a few beers, the place has character it's not boring to sit there and have a few and watch the various going ons.

The condo has been SOLD.

I know several regulars who stay there who come for breakfast or the bookshop who have never complained, I have a pal staying there right now who says its ok, everything very convenient, he has a bike so a few mins into anywhere, yes the rooms are a little small at 26m, but comfortable and ok for the price, we actually have one we have just tidied up and had plenty of interest but we are only renting out, never heard of the bad reputation and as for being the worse I cant see that.
