Condo for rent long term in Jomtien Beach Condo

Building A3, 11th floor. Beautiful expansive view of sunset, sea, and city.

This is not an ocean front building, however it is an ocean front complex.

Building A3 is on Jomtien 2nd road. This complex is near soi 11. 2 pools,

workout/fitness, clubhouse, many bars and restaurants. This is a great complex.

Free 60 channel international cable TV. Complex offers wifi internet for 400B/m.

Pattaya/Walking st is 10B away on the baht bus. You pay water and electric at normal rate.

 

7,000B/m long term. I may be able to negotiate with the owner to 6,500B/m if you pay 1 yr upfront.

Please no time wasters. This is a 30sqm studio. Don't come view it and tell me you thought it would be bigger. :) This is the size of condo most of Pattaya lives in. This condo is very nice and clean, with a good kitchen.

Yes it does suck. I would much rather have a board member. The condo is still available. Long term only.

Do you have another? I got to Thailand for 3 weeks every 2-3 of months and would like to rent one long term.
