It can be normal in girls believe me especially ones that have had babies... If it smells like fish then it's Bacterial Vaginosis such as gonorrhea.

 

Either way, she has to go to the doctor for treatment.

Not sure but I think cervical mucus and its typical from femal cycle. Normally this kind of discharge come during a pre ovulation. It look similar than sperm and sometime may release bad smell. Maybe Im wrong in your case but Ive seen this quit often even from regular LT gfs in the past in my hometown. Please don't panic. A copious thick white discharge from the vagina is possibly a yeast infection, but yeast infections are less prevalent in Asian women than Western women. If the discharge did not smell putrid, it is probably just a thickened discharge normally seen prior to her period due to her hormones.

 

Asian women naturally have a lower pH and more lubrication that serves to wash out the vagina and keep it clean.

 

On the other hand if it had an unpleasant smell, again probably something that some anti-fungal can take care of. If I ever go bare back for whatever reason, I usually take 1000mg (4 pills) of azithromycin (to cover any potential chlamydia and gonorrhea and some flagyl that covers some other possibly nasty things.

It is a type of "Bacteria Vaginaosis," and can be cured with a antibiotic called Flagyl...among others. It is caused by the lack of "good" bacteria in the Vagina. Too much anerobic bacteria (bacteria that need no air to survive.) Mostly caused by TG Douching too much. Douching kills the good bacteria. It DEFINITELY is NOT ghonnerea. If it was you would be screaming everytime you took a wizz. Generally white pus oozes out your penis and it burns REALLY bad when you urinate.
