I have stayed at PBR my last 5 trips to Thailand over the past 2 years, and will be there 5 weeks this August and September. My March trip, I did have two complaints, wi-fi was a bit iffy at times and the coffee has turned into shit, though I do admit I am a coffee snob. Regarding the wi-fi, whenever it stopped working for me, I just went out into the hall, unplugged the router which is placed on the hallway ceiling, and let it reset itself. Fixed the problem every time. But, as someone said, this is Thailand, don't expect speed and reliability like you get at home. It is fast enough to do video conferences on Skype, but painful at downloading movies. If you need fast, free internet, go to Coffee World.
