Shiv, not having a pop at you here, but try downloading FastStone, it's so easy to resize your pictures with it. There's a nice Post HERE that'll tell you all about it, it's a great tool for a non-tech guy (like myself) to use.

 

I don't think your camera is the issue with blurry photo's mate, I have a couple of good quality point-and shoot cameras, and when shooting in low light they need to be held very steady (preferably braced against something) or in Flash mode to take decent quality pictures. Just a thought.
