I'll definatly stop in on my trip coming up next month, got any White Stripes(or bands that Jack White has played in recently?)

If you would play Dream Theater I'd be utterly shocked.

Adjusting some minor details could be positive but don't change too much as the place will loose it's charm and personality witch many customers are used to!

A good girl gives you happiness and a bad girl gives you experience both are essential in life so enjoy every girlfriend!

Long story. The local mechanic told my wife that the carb was for a different model and she surprised me with a new one, same make. What can I say? She meant well. I made the mistake of showing her how to start it so everytime someone came over she did for about 5 seconds. I have a new battery too.

Maybe your best bet is some hybrid fusions whereby mixing Blues, Jazz, Rock and the off-beat variants like The Funk Bros Instrumentals or some Acid Jazz. You get to stay within the means of your core audience and bring some elements that may appeal and introduce new customers. (If nothing else, it could provide interesting music during the band breaks.)

just change the music depending on the people who are in, you can easily tell if people are into it or not.

Well at least i used to be able to back in my DJ days.

It is a tough call to make I suppose,

Noooooooooooooo.

That carb was a mikuni HS42 which is a popular upgrade over the stock carb, it was put on when the bike was rebuilt in around 2002.

Whats the bike got on it now? I hope the mechanic hasn't put a stock one back on.

The HS's aren't cheap here.

Any questions on the engine please feel free to pm me if you want as I used to maintain it, battery wise I always disconnect it when not in use or by a plug in trickle charger, see you when your back mate.

:GoldenSmile1:

ps, heres the page on the bike when I bought it, only the colour has been changed.

fatboy.

Id suggest keeping to the music 'classics' esp. at the weekend when it's more partytime. I think people tend to get more involved if they recognise the song; such as Queen, ELO, U2, The Housemartins, even ABBA!

Last trip I heard a fair bit of Country & Western style music which only encouraged my early departure to the JP Bar, and I only had the staff to play pool with!

My Pattaya budget is perfectly adequate as long as I don't spend any of it

They don't play any, maybe it was the cajun New Orleans type stuff.

The replacement was a Mikuni 42. I guess I have a spare now. The mechanic told her that the carb that was on it already was for a later model and the replacement would work better. I can't tell the difference. Can't say anything. She was trying. 2 more effing weeks in the sand then a looooooooong break
